As the founder and CEO of Tempting Faces, Birmingham’s premier beauty and microshading studio, she has transformed a lifelong passion for makeup into a thriving enterprise that serves over 600 clients annually. Since launching in 2018, her studio has become synonymous with precision, professionalism, and polished results.
With over 22 years of experience as a seasoned tax specialist, Temperance is also the founder of Virtue Taxes, where she provides expert tax preparation and financial services to both individuals and businesses. Her deep knowledge and trusted insight have made her a go-to advisor during tax season and beyond.
Driven by a mission to empower entrepreneurs, she also established From Scratch Business Advisor Services, a strategic consulting firm dedicated to helping aspiring business owners build their companies from the ground up—handling everything from business registration and planning to back-office operations and structure.
Outside of business, Temperance is a dedicated mentor and community advocate. She regularly speaks at schools and local events, inspiring the next generation with her story of grit, grace, and growth. When she’s not empowering others or building her empire, she cherishes time with her two sons and close-knit circle of friends.
